golsbat Terms & Conditions — Full Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

To register an account and use any feature of the golsbat platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, roulette, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus redemption — you must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement applies without exception to all players accessing golsbat.net from Bangladesh or any other location.

2.2 Age Verification Process

golsbat may request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Acceptable verification documents include:

2.3 Underage Account Closure

If golsbat determines at any point that a registered account belongs to a player under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed with immediate effect. Any balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — associated with an underage account will be forfeited in full. golsbat reserves the right to report underage gambling incidents to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

golsbat.net is directed at adult players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. golsbat makes no representation that the services available on golsbat.net are appropriate, legal, or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Deposits made via international payment methods may be subject to conversion charges imposed by the issuing bank or card network — these charges are outside golsbat's control and are not reimbursed by golsbat.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All golsbat bonuses — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards — are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. 5.2 Bonus Expiry

Not all games on the golsbat platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Typically:

• Slots: 100% wagering contribution (unless specified otherwise in individual bonus terms)
• Live Casino (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack): Reduced or zero contribution — specific rate disclosed in bonus terms
• Sports Betting: Contribution rate and minimum odds requirements disclosed in individual bonus terms
• Excluded Games: Certain jackpot slots and game show titles may be excluded from bonus wagering — these are identified in individual bonus terms

5.4 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

golsbat operates active monitoring for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using VPNs or proxy servers to misrepresent location in order to access geo-restricted promotions, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk, and any other activity golsbat determines constitutes an attempt to exploit promotional terms in bad faith. golsbat reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.

8.1 Suspension by golsbat

golsbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the player's account has been used for any prohibited activity; (c) the player's account poses a fraud, money laundering, or security risk to the platform; (d) the player has provided false or inaccurate registration information; or (e) the account is associated with an underage player. In cases of confirmed Terms violation, any balance in the account — including real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their golsbat account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Accounts closed voluntarily with a remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will have that balance returned to the player via their registered payment method. 8.3 Self -Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Tools
